Construction Site Assistants & Cleanup – Clifton, TX
Help keep projects sites moving and clean!
Pay Range: $20hr
Location: Clifton, TX area
Shift? Your choose. You can work:
– Monday-Friday with 10hr days, or
– Monday-Saturday with 8hr days.
We’re looking for individuals to join our team as Construction Site Assistants & Cleanup Crew. In this role, you’ll support the yard manager with handling construction materials and ensure job sites are clean, safe, and organized.
Job Responsibilities:
- Maintain water stations
- Look for and report all site safety issues
- Clean and maintain all jobs site areas, offices, buildings, trailers – inside and out
- Assist the yard manager with loading/unloading and organizing construction materials
- Perform general site cleanup, including debris removal and sweeping
- Help maintain a safe and orderly work environment
- Follow safety guidelines and directions from supervisors
Requirements:
- Ability to perform physical labor and work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Prefer prior experience in construction or other outside job history
- Dependable and punctual
- Willingness to follow instructions and be part of a team
- No prior experience necessary – we’ll train the right person!
- Full-time positions available – start immediately!
- Valid driver’s license for Golf Cart use

Shot Blast Operator
We are looking for a dependable Shot Blast Operator to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you’ll operate shot blasting equipment to clean castings, ensure parts meet specifications, and keep production running smoothly.
Location: Temple, TX
Key Responsibilities
- Operate shot blast machine to finish each casting after pouring.
- Mark parts using metal stamps as required.
- Measure parts to confirm accuracy and proper size.
- Operate forklift to safely move finished products.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of completed work.
- Follow all company safety and quality procedures.
Qualifications
- Previous manufacturing or industrial experience preferred (will train the right candidate).
- Ability to read and use measuring tools accurately.
- Forklift experience (certification a plus).
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and safety-focused.

Take the Lead in Managing Materials and Yard Operations
Pay Rate: $30+hr
We’re seeking an organized Construction Site Yard Manager to oversee daily operations in our construction materials yard. This key role is responsible for managing inventory flow of materials, verifying deliveries, and coordinating equipment operators to ensure smooth and efficient yard activity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Verify incoming construction material deliveries and ensure correct placement in the yard
- Maintaining organized layout of yard
- Track all materials leaving the yard to support job site needs
- Maintain accurate inventory records and monitor stock levels
- Conducting inspections and preparing reports on damaged materials
- Track usage and assist with reorders
- Works closely with Tool Manager
- Supervise and coordinate forklift and crane operators
- Enforce safety protocols and yard organization standards
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in construction yard management or similar experience
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Experience with inventory tracking and material handling
- Knowledge of construction materials, tools, equipment
- Familiarity with forklift and crane operations (certifications a plus)
- Dependable, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks
- Previous construction or yard management experience preferred
