Seeking a compassionate, dependable individual to assist adults with special needs in a structured day program environment. This role involves supporting clients in daily activities, supervising group programs, and helping create a safe, engaging, and positive experience each day.

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9:30 AM – 4:00 PM
Position Overview
The Support Specialist will provide supervision and hands-on assistance to clients throughout the day at our facility. Responsibilities include helping with group activities, community outings, and assisting with transportation needs when required.
Responsibilities
Provide daily supervision and support to adult clients (ages 18–60) with disabilities, including autism, Down syndrome, and other developmental disabilities
- Assist with structured group activities and individual support needs
- Help coordinate and supervise community outings
- Support transportation needs as required
- Maintain a safe, respectful, and encouraging environment
- Obtain CPR and First Aid certification (may be completed after hire if not already certified)
Qualifications
- Compassionate, patient, and dependable
- Comfortable working with adults with developmental disabilities
- Valid driver’s license required
- CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)

We are seeking an experienced Forklift Driver to support day-to-day operations in a warehouse environment. This individual will be responsible for safely operating forklifts to move, load, unload, and organize palletized goods as they move through the shipping and receiving process.
Work Days & Hours: 7:30am – 3:30pm, Monday -Friday
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate a sit-down or stand-up forklift safely and efficiently
- Load and unload palletized products from trucks and containers
- Move product to staging or storage areas within the warehouse
- Assist with labeling, sorting, and processing shipments
- Perform inventory checks and maintain accurate documentation
- Follow all safety protocols and report any equipment issues or safety concerns
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in assigned work areas
Requirements:
- Prior forklift experience required – certification preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment
- Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Team-oriented with good communication skills
- Willingness to perform general warehouse duties as needed
