You’ll be working on components such as columns, beams, rafters, and trusses using a variety of techniques, including:
- Shielded Metal Arc Welding (SMAW)
- Gas Tungsten Arc Welding (GTAW)
- Flux-Cored Arc Welding (FCAW)
What We’re Looking For:
- Welding experience
- Formal training or certifications preferred but not required
- Ability to demonstrate your skills in a practical setting
- Strong work ethic and reliability

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Preparing flower beds and planting areas
- Installing weed barriers, mulch, and decorative rock
- Planting shrubs, trees, and seasonal flowers
- Assisting with both new landscape installations and ongoing maintenance
Positions Available:
- Landscaping Technicians – Hands-on field work with installation and maintenance
- Crew Leads – Supervise teams, ensure project quality, and communicate with site managers
Requirements:
- Previous landscaping experience (bed prep, mulch, planting, etc.)
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Leadership skills (for Crew Lead roles)
- Reliable transportation and a good work ethic
