4 Day Work Weeks, Monday – Thursday!
Responsibilities include:
- Collects rent deposits,
- Maintains records of collections
- Prepares computer-generated reports
- Sends out delinquent notices
- Visits residents when necessary
- Maintains resident history
- Shows units and provides orientation for new residents
- Explains lease and briefs residents on policies and procedures
