You will review housing applications and determine eligibility for various housing grant programs. This position plays an important role in helping qualified applicants receive assistance.
Job Responsibilities:
- Review and process housing applications.
- Verify applicant information and documentation.
- Determine eligibility based on program guidelines and criteria.
- Communicate with applicants to request additional information as needed.
- Maintain accurate and organized records.
- Ensure confidentiality and compliance with all applicable regulations.
Ideal Candidate Will Have:
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to review documentation and apply eligibility guidelines.
- Bilingual
- Clear written and verbal communication skills.
- Prior experience with eligibility programs of various kinds a plus (but not required).
