The ideal supervisor will lead a team of skilled technicians, ensure equipment reliability, and drive continuous improvement in maintenance processes to support safe, efficient, and high-quality production.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise, mentor, and schedule technicians
- Oversee preventative, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities on all equipment
- Collaborate with production teams to minimize downtime and maximize efficiency.
- Insure compliance with safety protocols, environmental regulations, and company policies.
- Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Manage budgets, inventory, and spare parts
- Identify opportunities for process improvement, equipment upgrades, and reliability enhancements.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience
- Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
- Proven experience in troubleshooting, equipment repair, and preventive maintenance
- Familiar with safety standards and regulatory compliance.

* Generate and manage purchase orders for raw materials, components, and supplies

* Monitor inventory levels and maintain appropriate stock to support production demands
* Assist in production planning and scheduling to align materials with manufacturing needs
* Track shipments and proactively resolve delays, shortages, or quality concerns
