Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise, mentor, and schedule technicians
  • Oversee preventative, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities on all equipment
  • Collaborate with production teams to minimize downtime and maximize efficiency.
  • Insure compliance with safety protocols, environmental regulations, and company policies.
  • Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Manage budgets, inventory, and spare parts
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement, equipment upgrades, and reliability enhancements.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience
  • Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
  • Proven experience in troubleshooting, equipment repair, and preventive maintenance
  • Familiar with safety standards and regulatory compliance.

Seeking a detail-oriented and dependable person to support our manufacturing operations. This role plays a key part in ensuring materials are procured on time, inventory levels are optimized, and production schedules run efficiently. The ideal candidate is highly organized, analytical, and comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment.

Key Responsibilities:

* Generate and manage purchase orders for raw materials, components, and supplies
* Communicate with suppliers to confirm pricing, lead times, and delivery schedules
* Monitor inventory levels and maintain appropriate stock to support production demands
* Assist in production planning and scheduling to align materials with manufacturing needs
* Track shipments and proactively resolve delays, shortages, or quality concerns
* Maintain accurate records in ERP/MRP systems and Excel spreadsheets
* Collaborate with production, warehouse, and quality teams to ensure smooth operations
* Analyze usage trends and support demand forecasting efforts
