What You’ll Do
Perform hands-on maintenance tasks such as:

- Basic electrical work (light fixture replacement, outlet covers)
- Painting and drywall repair
- Minor carpentry (hardware replacement, door adjustments)
- Routine HVAC filter changes and basic upkeep
